Hubbard Radio’s all-news WTOP-FM, Washington, DC took home five first place Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association Awards, including Outstanding Website for WTOP.com and the Best in Show Award for “Key Bridge Collapse” in the Outstanding Spot News Reporting category.
