Joe Thomas Helps Raise Funds for Salvation Army
Talk Media Network nationally syndicated morning show host and WTON, Staunton, Virginia owner Joe Thomas helped raise $191,000 for the Salvation Army of Charlottesville as the co-host of the annual CBS19 Telethon on Tuesday night (9/22).
