Hubbard Radio’s Washington, DC all-news WTOP announces that Anne Kramer is named the new afternoon drive anchor alongside co-anchor Shawn Anderson. Kramer joined WTOP 18 months ago after having served with Hearst Television’s WBAL-AM, Baltimore for 25 years including as morning drive anchor. She won a National Edward R. Murrow Award for her investigative reporting on Baltimore’s 911 system and has been the recipient of multiple Chesapeake AP Awards. She comments, “I am excited to be a full-time member of this legendary news station.
