Kramer joined WTOP 18 months ago after having served with Hearst Television’s WBAL-AM, Baltimore for 25 years including as morning drive anchor. She won a National
Edward R. Murrow Award for her investigative reporting on Baltimore’s 911 system and has been the recipient of multiple Chesapeake AP Awards.
