Neil Rogers probably best defines the “talk show host you love to
hate.” He brings to talk radio a personality that is so repellent
and difficult - yet, South Floridians just can’t seem to turn him
off. He is one of the greatest ratings successes in the history of the
business. Even his reruns get better numbers than his closest competitors
when he takes off for huge stretches of time.
In a career that spans over 20 years in the Miami market on WINZ, WIOD
and, currently, on sports WQAM, Neil Rogers has perfected his unique radio
personality. He’s the perfect picture of the irreverent, iconoclastic,
potty-mouthed talk host with an opinion on everything. No stranger to
high profile, personal scandal, he is a true local character - well known
beyond just his radio work.
Whether he’s complaining about someone who annoyed him at a Dolphins
game or lambasting a local politician for some policy he doesn’t
like, no one brings invective to the radio quite like Neil Rogers.
